Obligation
Choose the commitment and workflow to review.
A configurable post-signature obligation platform
Define how an obligation will be reviewed, organize the evidence that matters, and assess it against supported conditions. OSE keeps the evidence, timing and reasoning behind each determination available for inspection.
Built for teams that need a consistent way to review post-signature commitments across regulated operations.
The gap after signature
Operational commitments continue after signature. Evidence may sit across teams and records, while Quality, compliance and operations teams need to establish whether agreed conditions were met.
Information can arrive late, remain incomplete or conflict. Teams repeatedly reconstruct what happened and how a conclusion was reached, then need to carry that context into follow-up and future reviews.
OSE provides a configurable structure for defining supported review conditions, connecting them to customer-provided evidence and inspecting how each determination was reached.
How OSE works
Configure the review around a supported obligation workflow, add the evidence available to your team, and evaluate each condition with a record of what contributed.
Choose the commitment and workflow to review.
Configure supported, testable conditions.
Record evidence and its relevant timing.
Evaluate information against each condition.
Inspect the result and its supporting record.
OSE records evidence provenance, when information was recorded, and determination history, including corrections and superseding information. You can inspect contributions, maintain separate assessments and review how results change as evidence is corrected or remediation is recorded. Replay checks reproducibility from recorded inputs; it does not authenticate the evidence or prove external truth.
One platform, configured around the review
For a pilot, OSE brings workflow configuration, evidence review and assessment history together in one configured workspace. Its evaluation rules are deliberately bounded, so we confirm the use case fits before agreeing scope.
Set up workflows with grouped obligations and independent conditions using supported assertions, deadlines or measured ranges.
Record facts, timing and source references against the relevant conditions, with contribution and conflict visible in the review.
Inspect history and replay, record explicit corrections or supersession, and review evidence-supported remediation.
Keep organisations, workspaces and assessments separate, with owner, editor and viewer permissions enforced in the application.
These capabilities are provided as part of an agreed pilot once the customer environment is ready. OSE supports defined, testable conditions; it does not interpret arbitrary contracts, authenticate source documents or connect to unlisted systems.
Determinations
See whether the available evidence supports fulfilment, shows a failure, leaves a requirement unknown, or creates a conflict. Each determination reflects the defined conditions and available information, with a record of what contributed to the result.
OSE supports assessment workflows; it does not make legal, financial, or irreversible commercial decisions.
Available evidence supports the defined conditions being met.
Available evidence shows that a defined condition was not met.
There is not enough usable evidence to determine whether the conditions were met.
Inconsistent evidence or facts affect the assessment.
Example workflow
Assess a shipment obligation using the temperature evidence, Certificate of Analysis and delivery information your organisation provides. Inspect how each item contributes to the conditions and the resulting determination.
DEFINED CONDITIONS
The outcome depends on the defined criteria and evidence available. Missing information may leave a condition unknown; inconsistent information may result in a conflict.
This example shows how OSE can evaluate a cold-chain shipment obligation using customer-provided evidence. It does not represent a live shipment, customer, or connected system.
The customer product
The current browser-based OSE experience shows an illustrative cold-chain assessment. For an agreed pilot, OSE can be configured around supported workflows and multiple assessments within defined rule limits. We first confirm that the workflow fits the obligation and evidence in scope.
Open OSEThe public example uses shipment details and evidence facts entered by the user.
Saved information stays in this browser. There is no public account, server storage, or cloud sync.
The product does not connect to external systems or independently authenticate evidence.

A defined engagement
Evaluate OSE against one defined obligation workflow using evidence your organisation already relies on. The first step is a scope discussion to confirm that the obligation fits the platform's supported evaluation rules.
No per-user pricing. Assessment volume is agreed as part of the pilot scope. No long-term commitment.
A continuing platform
The pilot is the active initial offer. Continuation paths are planned for after a pilot or by separate agreement; neither is a live self-serve purchase.

Contact usThe current browser-based OSE experience is standalone; it does not provide hosted accounts, cloud storage or live integrations. If the use case is a fit, a pilot environment is prepared only after scope and written terms are agreed and a cleared payment/deposit or approved invoice arrangement is in place. Onboarding and access begin once the agreed pilot environment is ready. Do not send customer evidence through this website.
