Scope
These terms relate to the public website and its general informational content. They do not themselves form the full contract for a paid OSE pilot, the current standalone customer product, or any future hosted or enterprise deployment. Those arrangements require separate applicable terms agreed with the relevant parties.
Using this website
You may use the website to learn about OSE and make an enquiry. Please do not use it unlawfully, attempt to disrupt its operation, or try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
Website information
The website provides general information about OSE. It is not legal, financial, regulatory, or operational advice, and it does not make decisions for visitors. OSE supports review of obligations and customer-supplied information; it does not independently authenticate evidence or make legal, financial, or irreversible commercial decisions.
Website content may change as the product and its description develop. The public website does not provide customer accounts, cloud storage, or live integrations.
Separate arrangements
The £5,000, 6–8 week pilot is the active initial offer. The £15,000 six-month and £27,000 annual prices describe continuation paths available following a pilot or by separate arrangement; neither is a live self-serve purchase, checkout, or automatic upgrade. Enterprise or custom work is contact-based.
A paid pilot or future production deployment requires separately agreed scope and written terms. Any cleared payment or deposit, or approved invoice arrangement, is handled separately. Environment setup and onboarding begin only once the agreed pilot environment is ready; access is not immediate. The pilot scope must fit the platform's supported evaluation rules; it does not include arbitrary contract interpretation, automated document authentication, or unlisted integrations. The prices and pilot description on this website do not replace that agreement. Nothing on this page describes the full service, security, support, or data-handling terms for a future hosted OSE platform.
